Hello Friend!

Yes, another post from me today!

I made this card a couple weeks ago then I got sick and wasn't able to post it so I'm posting it now.  You can find this card for sale in my etsy shop also.  This card measures 4.25X4.25 but is packed with so much detail!
The image is from High Hopes Stamps which no longer sells to the public but can be found at 7 Kids College Fund.  The clouds were made from cotton, the "sun" is a paper flower from Prima with a button for the center.  I adhered lots of glitter to the button, then added mini brads and a smile to make him a happy sun!
I colored the image with my copic markers and added a little spica glitter to the wings and spots.  He's popped off the card for added dimension.  What a cutie!

Thanks for looking and have a scrappy day!

Sharp Shooter

I think I love this card the most of all my cards...I think...

This card was made using the Cheeky Shooter image from The Greeting Farm.  How cute is she?  I have them all, I love them all!
This is another easel card (I'm addicted, can't you tell?) The inside sentiment was typed up on my computer and printed in brown ink to match the card.  The background was random stamped using images from Clear Dollar Stamps.  The flowers are from Prima, the brads and brown ribbon are from Close To My Heart, and the horseshoes were cut from my cricut.
This card and many of my other cards is for sale on my etsy shop, see my side bar for the link.

Thanks for looking and have a scrappy day!

Inspired By A Song...

That's the challenge this week over at Lindsay's Stamp Stuff.  We were challenged to make a card or project using a song as inspiration.  When I saw this stamp from The Carousel Horse set I knew I was going to use The Carousel Waltz from The Ray Martin Orchestra (1956) as my inspiration.  I always loved carousels as a child, the song being my favorite part.

Here is the card I created.  It's an easel card this time.  It's not much as I've been sick in bed for a week and just now starting to feel somewhat normal but I gave it my best shot.  I pretty much just printed it out the same size as my card and adhered it to the front of my CS.

Lets hop on over to the other design team blogs and see what song inspired them!
